The Fund is professionally managed by a licensed AIFM Manager ShelteR Investment Management. Furthermore, the fund has been professionally set-up with top law firms such as Tiberghien, Cambrian and Animo Lawyers. The Board of Directors consists of Benedict Peeters, Luc Tonneau, Jean-Pierre Brusseleers and Anthony Baum. RIO Fund has a professional Investment Committee including Benedict Peeters, Luc Tonneau, Jean-Pierre Brusseleers, Anthony Baum, Anthony Piette and Gianni Luyckx, who will decide on the investments and disinvestments of the projects. The risk management function is held by real estate expert Kris Iserbyt.
